We reached out through the Generac website to create an RFP and obtain a list of electrician bidders for our home backup power project in the Lamorinda area. I met with Lucas Fitch and he was extremely professional, collaborative, and very knowledgeable, ticking through the various options and considering my needs and wants when making a recommendation. They quickly provided us with a detailed bid that was price and value competitive. They were able to provide the best generator size for the price to back up our entire house and pool area with an automated system that also included getting a permit from our city. Despite having a robust business pipeline, they were able to schedule us to meet our timing requirements. Their entire team was top notch and professional as well, and they quickly and efficiently got everything done at the budget and timeframe we requested. We could not be happier with the results! Hired this company to install a new sun panel and EV charger for me. The owner was very responsive and chatted with me in detail about all my concerns and questions. Price was slightly higher than some of my other quotes but owner gave me some great recommendations that other electricians did not. Lucas and his team did an excellent job installing a backup generator, they completed the install quicker then expected. There was a small problem with the garage door during the install and Lucas had a company out within the hour to fix the issue. He did a follow up call to make sure everything was fine with the garage door and the generator install. Excellent customer service, we need more companies like this. Thank you Lucas and team!! I screwed up installing an outlet and switch in my garage which messed up my lights. I contacted Fitch Electric after reading their nice reviews. They gave me an estimate and said this type of problem can usually be fixed within an hour. Martin came by and handled the job fairly quickly, and everything worked. My husband called another company and they never returned his call, so he called Fitch Electric. Lucas Fitch answered the call, wasn't even working today, but came by and cleared the Needs Service code on our generator. All within an hour! We had several electrical projects (light fixture replacements, security camera installs, etc.) that we have been putting off for awhile and finally reached out to Fitch Electric. We were pleased with the work they did. They provided a virtual estimate which was competitive with others we had received. Luis, the electrician who performed the work, arrived on time and contacted us prior to arrival. He was very knowledgeable and patient when we asked questions and requested some last-minute changes. He also made solid recommendations about product placement and made sure our Ring app was connected and working in sync with our new motion sensor light and camera following installation.
