Open = not fully invoiced, straight from the same Airtable view as the Friday email. Days = since the last visit (or the scheduled start). Remaining = job total minus invoiced; a job with no job total yet shows its cost instead, tagged AT COST. In By account mode, HIDE on an account header sets that account aside: it drops out of the tiles and section totals until you show it again.
